Toxicity: Temephos is a low-toxic pesticide. The acute oral LD50 of rats is 860 mg/kg (male), 13000 mg/kg (female), the acute dermal LD50 is >4000 mg/kg, and the LC50 of rainbow trout is 31.8 Mg/L, bee LD50 is 0.0015 mg/L.
Scope of application:
Temephos can be used in public health to control larvae, chironomids, moths and larvae of the midge family; it can also control lice on the human body, jumping lice on dogs and cats; it can also be used to control cutworms, thrips on citrus and Miligus on pasture is a pest.
Usage:
1. Used in public health, prevention and treatment of larvae, chironomid, etc. The use concentration is 50-100 mg/L, to prevent and control jumping lice on dogs and cats, the use concentration is 100 mg/L.
2. To control cutworms, thrips on citrus and Lygus pests on pastures, use 5% granules 1-1.5 kg per mu.
Note: Avoid contact with bees when using temephos.
