分割器，在機(jī)械工程上又稱凸輪分割器、間歇性分割器、凸輪分度器、高速精密間歇分割器、滾子式凸輪分度機(jī)構(gòu)。它是一種高精度的回轉(zhuǎn)裝置。同時(shí)在當(dāng)前自動化的要求下，各種多工位元組合機(jī)床、機(jī)床加工中心、壓力機(jī)、電光源設(shè)備、自動送料機(jī)、印刷機(jī)械、食品包裝機(jī)械、制藥機(jī)械、玻璃陶瓷機(jī)械 等顯得尤為重要。
1926年，美國機(jī)械師?？松‵ERGUSON）于1926年生產(chǎn)出靠前臺凸輪分割器,后來凸輪分割器又稱?？松?。
1970年，JAPAN SANKYO SEISAKUSHO CO(三共)推出了亞洲靠前臺分割器。
1976年，TAN TZU中國臺灣潭子精密機(jī)械股份有限公司推出靠前臺分割器。
1990年SKD臺中縣賽福動力精密機(jī)械有限公司推出靠前臺高速精密間歇分割器。
2010年ENTRUST臺北縣新莊市殷敬精密工業(yè)有限公司靠前臺高速精密間歇分割器。
2009年BOSS TAN TZU CAM中國臺灣博森凸輪科技因客戶需求在大陸推出進(jìn)口配件組裝靠前高速精密凸輪分割器。

此機(jī)種具有重負(fù)荷特性，可承受較大之垂直徑向或軸向壓力，為專屬設(shè)計(jì)工程師群，經(jīng)歷多年針對盤式結(jié)構(gòu)需要設(shè)計(jì)而成，其輸入出軸為面盤式設(shè)計(jì)，有凸緣中心、盤面螺孔、定位、銷孔，固定面寬大，可使平面度及穩(wěn)固性，更具堅(jiān)實(shí)平穩(wěn)。最能適用於較大負(fù)荷之迴轉(zhuǎn)式圓盤驅(qū)動場合，此系列機(jī)種被廣泛使用在各類盤式加工機(jī)械，及類似機(jī)構(gòu)之產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)械、自動化間歇驅(qū)動部、驅(qū)動圓盤。凸緣型分割器
